Review Guidelines

We welcome honest feedback from people who have genuinely used ESCOSY products. These standards apply equally to positive, neutral, and negative reviews.

1. Share a genuine experience

  • Review only a product you personally used or purchased for someone whose experience you directly observed.
  • Give your honest opinion. Do not submit a fabricated, copied, scraped, duplicated, impersonated, automated, or misleading review.
  • Do not copy a review from Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, another retailer, another person, or another website.

2. Keep it useful and product-focused

Helpful topics include comfort, fit, ease of adjustment, heat and vibration controls, battery and charging experience, build quality, and anything that could be improved.

ESCOSY Lumbar One is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device. You may honestly describe comfort, pain, a poor outcome, or an adverse experience. Do not present a review as medical advice or make clearly false or misleading objective claims or instructions that the product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease or injury. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

3. Protect privacy and rights

  • Do not include addresses, phone numbers, private email addresses, payment details, order numbers, health records, or other sensitive personal data.
  • Do not identify, photograph, or record another person without permission.
  • Submit only text, photos, and videos you own or are authorized to use. Do not include protected music, artwork, or other material without permission.

Review text may be automatically scanned for personal information. Detected contact or payment information may be replaced with [****], and the review may be held for manual review.

4. Content we cannot publish or distribute

We may hold content for review, decline to publish or syndicate it, or hide or archive it when we reasonably determine, using documented indicators, that it is fake or contains spam, private or payment information, threats, harassment, hate, unlawful content, malicious links, irrelevant promotion, infringement, instructions encouraging dangerous or illegal use or bypassing a safety feature, or clearly false or misleading objective medical claims or instructions.

We do not withhold, delay, penalize, threaten, or seek removal of an otherwise-compliant review because of its rating or negative sentiment. Reports of defects, overheating, burns, discomfort, adverse experiences, poor results, or other safety concerns are allowed and may be escalated for support or safety follow-up.

5. Material connections and incentives

Disclose employment, a family or business relationship, affiliate compensation, sponsorship, or a free or discounted product. ESCOSY currently offers no coupon, discount, gift, or other reward for a customer review. Any future incentive must be offered for honest feedback regardless of rating or sentiment and clearly disclosed.

Paid or gifted creator content is an advertising testimonial. It is not counted as an ordinary customer review or included in Walmart or Google customer-review feeds.

6. Verification, editing, and labels

We may use order and submission information to authenticate a review and apply a source, verification, or disclosure label. ESCOSY never directly changes a customer's rating or review text. A correction can be proposed through the review service and published only after reviewer approval. Technical changes, such as resizing media or formatting for accessibility or channel compatibility, must preserve the review's substantive meaning and disclosures.

A review syndicated from ESCOSY to Walmart remains an ESCOSY-source syndicated review and is not a Walmart Verified Purchase.

7. Fair moderation

All eligible fulfilled purchasers receive the same neutral invitation timing; we do not filter requests based on satisfaction, support history, refund status, geography, or expected rating. ESCOSY aims to review submissions within two business days, and the same standards and timing apply to every rating and sentiment. We may contact a reviewer about authenticity, privacy, safety, or rights concerns.

8. Publication, accounts, and distribution

Submitting a review through Judge.me creates a Judge.me reviewer account tied to the reviewer's non-public email address. Available display-name and anonymity choices can be selected, and the reviewer can later edit or delete the review through Judge.me.

Eligible reviews may appear on ESCOSY and may be distributed for the same product to approved review-syndication services and retail partners under the Terms of Service. We will preserve the rating, substantive meaning, source, verification status, and required disclosures. Customer reviews will not be used as standalone paid advertisements or creator testimonials without separate permission.
