2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For products purchased directly from ESCOSY.com, the warranty period begins on the documented delivery date. For products purchased from an authorized ESCOSY retailer, it begins on the original purchase date. Coverage lasts for two years.
WHAT IS COVERED
This limited warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or manufacturing that arise during normal use. Proof of purchase or delivery may be required.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, improper cleaning, water exposure, use contrary to the product instructions, or cosmetic changes that do not affect function.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Contact sales@escosy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where relevant. Do not ship the product before receiving instructions from ESCOSY.
For approved claims in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., ESCOSY will cover reasonable standard shipping required to complete the claim. Customers in other locations should contact us for location-specific instructions.
REMEDY
For an eligible claim, ESCOSY will, at its option, repair or replace the product. If neither remedy is reasonably possible, ESCOSY will refund the original purchase price.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
