PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

ESCOSY Lumbar One is currently available for pre-order and is expected to begin shipping in late September 2026. This is an estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Payment is collected when the order is placed.

You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order for a full refund at any time before fulfillment by emailing sales@escosy.com with your order number.

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will email you with a revised date and ask whether you agree to the delay. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel for a prompt full refund to your original payment method.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase. Shipping eligibility and rates for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations, if available, are shown at checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after fulfillment and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, and product availability.
